Our Event Rooms
The Gordon Highlanders Museum utilises two of our historic spaces as Events Rooms and either can be used for Weddings depending on the size of party.
The Regimental Gallery
The Regimental Gallery is our largest wedding room which can hold both your ceremony and reception. The Gallery is filled with striking portraits of some of the most famous Gordon Highlanders in the Regiment’s history, adding to the deep history and visuals of the room. The beautiful arched window and use of Original Regimental Silver create an outstanding atmosphere.
The Regimental Gallery can accommodate up to 60 guests.
The Regimental Dining Room
For the sake of a smaller wedding reception, our beautiful Regimental Dining Room is a wonderful option.
The Dining Room reflects the look and purpose of the original Officer’s Mess, used by The Gordon Highlanders themselves. This wonderfully historic room utilises Original Regimental Silver, alongside a fine selection of crystal and crockery. The Dining Room is set to the backdrop of a painting of the Heights of Dargai, as well as the hugely symbolic Regimental Colours.
The Regimental Dining Room can accommodate between 8 – 16 guests
The Museum Gardens
The beautiful Museum gardens act as a picturesque location for photo opportunities throughout the day.
